COMMISSION NOTES: I reserve the right to decline any requested commission without explanation. Persistence or harassment will lead to blacklist. Additionally, any rude or harassing behaviour will result in a cancellation of the commission. You will be refunded, but I will keep 25% of the cost.PRICE: Listed prices are the base price. All commissions are subject to increase in price due to character complexity/requested backgrounds.PAYMENT: Payment accepted by Paypal Invoice. Before the commission starts, I will request your PayPal email and reference(s). Full payment required before work can start, this allows full certainty that the work will be finished.TURNAROUND: Completion of commissions vary. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur an additional fee. Aside from that, I will aim to finish headshots, halfbodies and fullbodies in two weeks maximum, whereas reference sheets may take up to 3 weeks. Please be aware that I am disabled and a university student and that may complicate my schedule/energy levels. Refer to ‘REFUNDS’ for more information.REFERENCES/CUSTOMS: Unless you have requested a custom character, references are essential. References allow me to work accurately to your wants. If requesting a custom character, please have a species and moodboard prepared.REFUNDS: Refunds are only given if there is no progress past the sketch in 1 month. I will keep you updated all the way; if there is no update, please reach out and we can discuss why it is taking longer/potential refunds.
In the rare event that I need to cancel a commission after work has started, a partial refund will be given based on the completion of the piece(s). I will keep 25% of the original cost minimum.RIGHTS: Once the piece is finished, you are free to use it anywhere as long as it is for personal use. Using my work for badges, keychains etc are permitted as long as they aren’t sold. My watermark mustn't be removed and the piece should not be used commercially/profited off. I retain the right to use the piece(s) as examples of my work and when promoting my art. Putting my artwork into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.ADJUSTMENTS: I will reach out after the sketch asking if everything looks alright, please do not hesitate to tell me if there's something you would like changed! Adjustments can be made past the sketch, however they must be minor. I reserve the right to decline requests for changes if they're not possible without largely extending the time for completion.PROCESS: I will be keeping frequent contact throughout the commission while it is being worked on. Once you have confirmed that the sketch does not require adjustments, I will begin the rest of the work. Refunds cannot be requested past this point, excluding the circumstance in which work isn’t completed past 1 month, so please ensure you are committed to the commission. Once the work is finalised, I will either email the full res .png file to you or send it via discord DMs, depending on the method we used for contact. No physical product will be delivered.
